Bad Customer Service Experience. Called first to see if I could do appointment or walk in they told me yes, so I told them I would call them later to schedule one. I Called to schedule one for later on that same day and they told me I could use 4:30Pm I said yes and asked about the prices. The girl told me it was 85$ for person with a 75$ per person promotion if it was for 2. I asked her if it there was anymore promotion or If there was a way I could get it for 70$ just that question, if she was going to say no I would’ve just paid the 75 no problem. Just wanted to make sure but when I asked her she responded saying “No, Thank you bye bye” and hang up on me without even knowing If I still wanted to do it or not. I thought maybe it was a miscommunication so I tried calling again but there was no answer. I called from my girlfriend phone because I think they might hear something wrong because I was chill All the time and when they pick up and I try to explain the situation, the person answering the phone interrupts me and says “no we are full for the day thank you bye bye” without even knowing If I could do another day or asking me if there was anymore questions. I just wanted a massage and it looks like is impossible to get it with this people on the phone.
