SHE’S YOUR SOLUTION TO TENSION RELIEF!! I HIGHLY recommend seeing Mona if you’re having a lot of back pain and/or severe muscle tightness. I sit at a computer most of the day as I work in IT. I had so many knots in my back and I was beyond full of tension. I had received a couple of massages from another very fancy massage place. They were not able to get my knots out or tension released. I read all about Mona’s techniques online. Since I lived in Atlanta previously and had received traditional Thai massages before with success I decided to try Mona. IT WAS THE BEST THING I DID!! After the first visit I felt remarkably better. I did go home and take it easy for several hours after the first massage but I could tell it made a huge difference. I could feel a lot of my tension and knots were gone. The 2nd visit to Mona we incorporated some cupping. I’ve done cupping several times previously but I can assure you Mona’s cupping method is like no other. There was no pain whatsoever bc she uses a unique style for suction. I couldn’t believe how much better her method was and how well it worked. After the 2nd massage I came home and took it easy for an hour or so and felt very relaxed yet energetic so I was able to do my daily 5 mile brisk walk and with SO much more ease!! I truly felt that my I had significantly more movement and I was able to walk faster without pain. The 3rd visit we also included some cupping but like the previous times, Mona did some deep therapeutic massage and some stretching. After this visit I truly felt like a new person!! I had more flexibility, no tension in my back, and after an hour at home I was able to do my regular walk with complete ease and faster, but I was able to get an extra mile in. My posture was so much better without the tension. It’s made an incredible difference. I’m going to continue visiting Mona and I HIGHLY suggest you do the same!! It will seriously change your life for the better!

Just do THIS. You will not regret it. My husband has chronic neck and back pain and this has been the only thing that has provided substantial relief! Mona is an extremely talented therapist!
