One of the worst experiences I have ever had. I used to get massages here years ago and they were great. Today, I was mortified. The linens were smelly. AC was off and the phone rang off the hook. Finally my lady left to answer the phone, and left me unveiled on the table with the door open. This was the first time that happened. She asked what I liked, and I said I wanted a smooth, relaxing massage…. Which was anything but smooth or relaxing. She had no clue how to manipulate a body and just twisted me around. She left the room 2 additional times. Body coverings were no respected at all. She was on her cell several times. Then she placed some kind of linen on my face. The whole experience was very unorthodox, uncomfortable, rude, and painful. I was so made when I left. One house was $75 PLUS a tip that they require you do in advance. I topped $20 up front for a great massage, and received the worst experience ever. I will never go back. I feel very uncomfortable about my exposure there.

Better than 5 stars! Will return. Best massage I’ve ever received. In case, you’re wondering the place is legit. Natalie was wonderful and responsive. I received a combo deep tissue with an introduction to traditional Thai. Loved it.

Customer service could improve. The door says walk-ins welcome but when I walked I the person who greeted me was rude. She stated they were booked for the day and opened the door while motioning me to walk out. She locked the door even though they were open for 3 more hours. I live close she could have offered to book me for a different day or something . I tip well and I will never visit this establishment again.

*Update!* THIEVES! Checked my credit card statement shortly after my visit and the woman had given herself a $20 tip without my consent! Contacted CC company and informed them of the fraudulent charge* Massage was terrible. The lady played on her phone while massaging my legs, as if I wouldn’t notice that she had been massaging just my ankle for 10 minutes. She stopped the massage early and then still tried to demand a tip. When I told her no, she was rude and started calling me names. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere more professional. Never again!

Magical! All the ladies are so sweet and funny and very good at what they do. I had never experienced full Thai massage before and was not expecting to be walked on, but it was amazing! They also fully stretch your body. I left feeling so relaxed and far less sore than when I arrived. Wonderful! I can’t wait to treat myself again!

Went for the first time today and oh my it was life changing. I have had massages in the past but this just gets into areas regular body (swedish/deep) massages cant get to. Not to mention they were very friendly and made my husband and i feel comfortable. Hannah and Natalie were great.

Fabulous Thai massage. We will return. Everything we were looking for in a couple’s massage. Very relaxing and the stretching was amazing. Minus one star due to our massage therapists leaving during our massage to deal with the front desk. However, everything else was great and they were only gone for maybe 30 seconds.
