If I could give this place a 0 star review I would. My friend and I decided to have a relaxing spa night together on a Saturday night. As indicated on the google website and establishment website, this spa is open until 9:30pm. She called and made two appointments, one for each of us, for the half and half service (30 minute foot massage, 30 minute body massage). It was confirmed over the phone by a man for two appointments at 8:30pm each person receiving the half and half service. My friend (coming from work) realized that she would be running a few minutes late, and courteously called this establishment back to alert the owners of the inconvenience in order to apologize (and make sure that it would be okay). When she called back, she was rudely greeted by a woman on the phone, who told her that it wasn’t okay because they close at 9:00pm. She then told the woman that she made two appointments each for an hour starting at 8:30pm, but the woman insisted that they close at 9:00pm. I was already on my way to the spa, and decided I would go inside and ask about the time miscommunication. When I entered the establishment I was greeted by a woman who told me that they were closing soon, at 9:00pm, and that I could get a half hour service done. I then showed her the pictures on google and the website that said they closed at 9:30pm, but she insisted that they closed at 9:00pm. I then asked why someone who worked there would ensure a time for my friend and I, knowing there was a clear time restraint. She never answered my question, but instead lied to me and said that she originally answered my friend’s call and made the appointment and clarified a 30 minute appointment for each person. I told her that my friend made both calls and it was clearly a man who answered the first time, and she seemed pretty taken aback that I was not afraid to call her out on the lie. Needless to say I am disappointed and do not recommend anyone give their business to this joke of a spa. P.S. the sticker on their door says they close at 9:30pm.

This place was recommended to me. The man I had did start off with a nice back massage but the foot massage was rushed and unpleasant. Then, the man who gave me the foot massage stood by the exit door to make sure he got his tip as if he knew the massage was bad.

I PAID MY BILL AND IT WAS 35$!!! i LEFT A 7$ TIP WHICH IS 20%!!!!!! The guy and lady behind the counter started talking in their language and looking at me like I did something horrible! I said have a nice day and she gave me a dirty look. NEVER going back!!!!!

Annoying first part of massage. Just not comfortable or relaxing as they literally bang on your back. No eye covers for your eyes so light beaming in from lamps and back doors constantly opening and closing avoiding any relaxation. The aroma in the place is horrid, the smell of the employees meals being microwaved is just so gross. A real unpleasant smell. The bells whistles are constantly going off from phone timers to microwave buttons. The massage itself, no variety. I felt like my skin was going to come off- turned numb and felt like it was chafing. Sorry to say this Was most uncomfortable and not relaxing hour. Really bad.

Service should receive a 5* however the woman at the front desk was screaming at some one she was face timing for the second half of service. Employees kept jumping up and going out to reception area. One employee told his client she was crazy! When I went to pay I was ignored and she continued yelling. I asked her if she was going to get off the phone and take my payment however she still ignored me. One of the gentlemen jumped in and took my payment

My husband and I go regularly. Value good but massages can be inconsistent depending on who you get. You might get someone you like for awhile and then they’re no longer there. I had one person twice that I didn’t like so the next time I said very I did not that person, but that’s who I got. As a regular patron I would have thought they’d be more considerate. You’re expected to tip a certain amount. Hit and miss.
