Critical: ProfessionalismI made an appointment for small box braids a month ago with Christy. I called a week ago to confirm my appointment in which she confirmed. I came in today for my appointment and she was doing box braids on another clients hair. She told me to come back in two hours. First off I scheduled a appointment at 1000 for a reason, not to wait on you! The crazy thing is, this isn’t the first time she have done this! I made an appointment for small box braids a month ago with Christy. I called a week ago to confirm my appointment in which she confirmed. I came in today for my appointment and she was doing box braids on another clients hair. She told me to come back in two hours.
