I like the environment that they have at this barbershop. it is very clean. kids feel very welcomed. my son likes to pick his own haircuts so I can give Shephard the freedom to talk to his client (my son) and figure out what my son wants. Overall my son loves his hair whenever he leaves! Book with Shephard. He is awesome!

I recently visited The Fade Lounge for the first time when I needed to get haircut for my best friend’s wedding. I had Marlon and I have to say I was very impressed with how meticulous and thorough he was. He really took his time to ensure that not a single hair was missed and gave me exactly the low skin-fade haircut I asked for. When he was finished, my hair looked fantastic. I will definitely be going back the next time I need a haircut.

Tha Fade Lounge came up on my radar in my search for a locally owned barber shop that felt comfortable and welcoming, I also was hoping to find a place that had staff who were skilled in their work but also had a creative vision when working with clients. To be honest, I didn’t really have a clear idea of what I wanted for my next haircut and nor knew which stylist I should book. Luckily, I was able to set up an appointment online very easily and booked an appointment with Shep who came highly recommended (All the other stylists had high marks as well which made my decision challenging in a very good way).

I had an appointment for 3:30 pm with Nok. I showed up at 3:20 and right as I was walking in he sat another client. At about 3:40 I mentioned that I had a 3:30 appointment and asked how much longer it would be, he didn’t apologize or anything and just said it would be about 15-20 minutes. I finally walked out ay 4:00.

I am new to the area so I have been trying to find a new barber here in Everett. I have tried a few places which have been underwhelming but I finally found this place. Got my haircut with Marlon and he did a tremendous job. I am latino with straight hair and he did a great fade and does an awesome undercut as well as blend my beard to fade into my haircut.

Unbelievably unreliable. The first appointment the barber was 10 minutes late. Fine, whatever. My husband made a second appointment, showed up five minutes early, and then waited and waited. He waited for 20 minutes for the barber to show up, he never did. He left without a haircut. Never again.

Marlon has been my go to barber since the first time I went to fade lounge. He does a professional fade/beard trim for me, and always maintains a good vibe at his chair. His availability is great too, always willing to work with his customers to get them in at a convenient time. If you’re looking for a consistent barber, look no further.
