My experience start out great. The ladies were very friendly and got me in right away. I showed the lady a picture of what I wanted and we got started. I contemplated even writing this review because this is not something I like to do, but I left this place in tears. I am a mother of 3 and getting my nails done is the only time I get to myself, so this is my relaxing time. I wanted a white ombre with gold for the chiefs but the nail tech didn’t like it as we were putting it on, which was fine. The design didn’t work out and that completely happens (Pinterest nail designs don’t wok) lol. I asked her if she could just give me all glitter like my other picture. She told me no, I could have two fingers all gold. I asked her to please give me all fingers gold because I didn’t want just two. She told me she didn’t have time. She then told me she could have the other lady do it and left me with two gold fingers. I was fighting back my tears. The other lady who came over was very nice and agreed she liked all of them one color, but also had a client so she rushed to get my nails done as well. So my glitter nails are all spotted funny and looked awful and were and weird gold color not even close to what I picked out. Money or time was not an issue for me, I still gave the lady a $15 tip, because I know times are rough for people and I still show kindness, but I left this place and went across the street to Lush nails and paid to have them redo my nails in tears and they were so kind to me, gave me a drink and made sure I was happy with my purchase.

I was recommended here by a friend after I kept seeing her cute nails always done . I was not disappointed, T did amazing ! When she filed them they didn’t hurt.
