I have been a client of Tina and Henry’s since before they branched out and opened their own shop and I’m never disappointed. Tina is an amazingly talented nail technician that creates the most elaborate designs. In addition, she does a great job with eyebrows and chin waxes. Henry, her husband, performs pedicures to perfection. Both Tina and Henry take alot pride in their craft and I love the appointment only business model. The atmosphere is calming and inviting thanks to Tina and Henry. I highly recommend T&H.

The nail tech and owner Tina has the worst attitude! She hasn’t grasp the concept of good customer service! She speaks to ALL her customers like children!!! She does decent work but I dont know if it’s a language barrier or her culture, but she is very rude! I’ve dealt with her condescending delivery for years because of the cost of her services but after my last visit, I don’t feel that I should patronize her establishment!!!! I will not spend my hard earned money and be mistreated! I will take my business ELSEWHERE. I’ve brought Tina a lot of business/customers and also helped her with business issues. She needs to understand without customers she would not have a flourishing business and she needs to take customer service classes!!!!
