I was extremely disappointed with the owner of this salon. I reached out in need of hair and makeup services for my wedding day. At first, she was very kind and helpful, I told her upfront it wasn’t many of us who needed services and she still was quick to reply and set something up. After I told her I, the bride, would be the only one needing makeup, she stated “it wouldn’t be worth her time” to come out and do just my makeup, despite my girls and the mothers still wanting their hair done. I tried everything to be accommodating, offering to come into the salon, despite the venue being only 20 minutes from them, flexible with time, and whoever she could find to do the services which she stated they could earlier. After her quoted statement above, she began to no longer reply, i’d have to reach out and finally she left me on read all together, never giving me any answers.

Travis, the owner of the Salon, has been doing my hair for 9 years now. I have never had a complaint let alone a concern. He is always able to accommodate my busy schedule and has been tremendous in every way. He has even done makeup for me, both male and female looks. He keeps it real and has always done amazing work. I had the opportunity a few years back to assist him with booking clients (both hair and makeup/wedding) and to say he truly lives and loves his work is an understatement.
