TG Cryo was a life saver for me. Went with my friend who has an ankle injury. I decided to try it as well. The staff is amazing and explained the process, which is very quick. Everything was clean and comfortable. Went into the cryo room for 2 minutes ( it’s freezing) and came out feeling amazing!!!! My friend also had a localized procedure on her ankle and had immediate relief. We got a membership and plan to go back at least 3 times per week. Thank you TG Cryo!!!

The cryo therapy has helped me a lot with my recovery. After injuring my knee, I couldn’t walk on it and it was very painful and swollen. After doing the cryo therapy for just a week, I could already see results. My knee was significantly less swollen and I was able to walk in it again. I would highly recommend this treatment if you are injured, or even if you just want to feel better in general.

The facility is top notch with a variety of equipment and the cryotherapy has been life changing for me and my family. The facility not only looks amazing but it works amazingly.
