He is an excellent stylist with a great personality which makes your overall experience spectacular! My only regret is that we didn’t find him 9 years ago when we first moved to Abilene. He makes his clients feel welcomed and comfortable at all times. Carlos also does a remarkable job on tasks such as a balayage. Mine looks natural as well as beautiful.
