Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI made my appointment for a Saturday and then received texts from the stylist, Staci, asking me if I could come in on Thursday instead and then it ended up being Friday after a few other texts. When I got there on Friday, it was apparent that she was sick and of course, I would much rather not have someone working that closely on me when they are sick but I stayed anyway. I explained exactly what I wanted and showed her a picture of how I want my hair. It was NOT an unrealistic request. I have shorter blonde hair and wanted just a trim as I told her that I like the current length but just wanted some bulk taken off the back and have it shaped up a little. I also wanted some low lights to give dimension. I left with very short, chopped up, uneven hair that now looks like dark blonde! She chopped the hair over my right ear so bad that there is no way to fix it other than to chop the other side to make it look the same! I paid $132 and it was a total waste of time and money. I was jacked around with my appointment and then all I can do is let my hair grow out before it looks decent. I texted her about it and she keeps saying that she did exactly what I asked. She wants me to come in so she can fix it but I don’t want her to EVER touch my hair again! I wish I could show a picture of how it looks right now. It’s awful. Oh and during my time with her, she was on the phone 2-3 times while my hair was processing and then proceeded to order dinner and go off and eat it while I was waiting. SO unprofessional. Positive: ProfessionalismStaci (S) Drapak is amazing at what she does and makes you feel so comfortable throughout the whole process. I am in love with my Balayage! I would definitely recommend her and this salon.
