Never in my life have I ever been so disrespected by an establishment that’s suppose to be professional and provide excellent customer service! The one star is not even earned that I gave. The owner was very unprofessional and put me out when I tried to stand up for my brother and the jokes he making towards him!!! God will humble those who walk in pride and mistreat those who are called to do his work. I was only trying to get my sons hair cut and wanted to enjoy time with my brother who also cuts hair there, but couldn’t because of the rude behavior there. I pray this man understands that when God blesses you with an establishment you don’t mistreat and talk down to those who try to support black owned establishments. Our culture and community is already critiqued and stereotyped just for being black. And to have to be treated the way I was as a black woman by another man that’s suppose to my brother is very disheartening. But I wish him nothing but the best in life, but if continue to keep that type of demeanor because he’s the owner of his establishment, the sane way God blessed him with the same way God will take it away. Watch how you talk to people because you maybe entertaining one of God’s angels and block the very thing God was trying to get to you. I apologized for yelling at him before I completely left, bc that’s not how God raised me, but the feeling that I was left with will not be forgotten. So if you decide to get your haircut here, as talented this man maybe his immature attitude and his inability to treat people will cost him more than the $15 or $20 you spend in there to keep this business striving.
