Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueWithout a doubt this is the most professional salon I have ever been in. From the front desk to the shampoo bowls, it is very evident that the owners, stylists, and staff take great care to provide a safe environment for their clients to receive services. It is clear that the Textured staff want each client to feel safe and comfortable during this pandemic. I am thankful that they respectfully address each client during the confirmation call to screen for possible viral spread, and make you aware of the safety policies in place for staff and guests to follow. I appreciate knowing that this salon is constantly cleaned & sanitized, and that the staff truly care about the wellbeing of their clientele.
