Oh my gosh. I’m a foster mom of two African American kiddos. not the best at doing their hair and oh my goodness the hair stylist, I believe her name is ebony, we got today was on fire. She wash condition trimmed and styled all within two hours. Fastest most beautiful work I’ve ever seen. So thankful to find this place and it’s decently priced.!!! Positive: ProfessionalismI visited this salon in April on 2021, needing a haircut fix after I chose to let my husband cut it for me on a whim. Hey- it seemed like a good idea at the time. (Tip- if you cut your hair into a pixie style at home, you better be prepared to rock that for a few days til you can get it fixed!) I live in the Keller area and there are not very many stylists that do textured hair in the area AND able to take an appt within a week. I found out about this salon doing a search of salons near me. I thought it was a mistake because I’d never heard of it. Obviously, because they are a fairly new shop still. Anyway, I was able to be booked soon & just a couple days out. Yay! I am writing this review 2 months later, so I unfortunately don’t recall my stylists’ name right now. But she was lovely. I think she was actually new there as well. Tall, slender and pretty young in age?. We didn’t make a bunch of small talk during my appt, but I kind of appreciated that. It was sort of my relaxing time away from my needy family! I just read my book mostly. She did a wonderful job on my haircut! I don’t know much about cutting hair, but I noticed how even with my super curly hair she took time to cut evenly & took her time in general. I could tell she was focused;-) I showed her a few photos of what I was hoping for in length/ upkeep, etc. She was able to take that & give me a great cut & style (finger/ comb coils). She was super good at the comb coils, too! I’d never had this style before. She was informative when I asked about the products she was using & she had no problem with me facing the mirror so I could see “how” she was doing the coils. And also showing me how to do myself. But again, its 2 months later & I stink at using the comb, so I just use my finger when coiling when I do it. Maybe I’ll get it down 1 day! I only realized I didn’t leave a review before, as I was logging on to make another hair appointment at this salon. I visited this salon in April on 2021, needing a haircut fix after I chose to let my husband cut it for me on a whim. Hey- it seemed like a good idea at the time.
