Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI called to set up a time to get my hair done. At the time they could not fit me in and put me on a cancellation list. Once I got a call from them and scheduled an appointment for a color consult first before doing my hair, they called me back to have me cancel my appointment. All this girl wants to do is get her hair done and this salon is not working with me and in fact wants me to work with them. I have no problem paying for great customer service but with what I went through without even meeting with someone they are canceling me. Once I got a call from them and scheduled an appointment for a color consult first before doing my hair, they called me back to have me cancel my appointment. Vicente is amazing! He got me in for an emergency haircut and did a great job. His work is beautiful and if you need a cut or dye, call for him. I have a friend who gets their hair cut by various stylists here and the result is always cute.

I am traveling through town and with less than a week’s notice I was able to get an appointment. The receptionist was very helpful and I am thrilled with how Courtney colored, cut and styled my hair. She worked hard at matching my color and asked lots of questions to be sure she was doing what I wanted. And what a sweet personality! Also the pricing was reasonable for the amount of work she did and the amount of time she worked with me. The salon is in an easy location to find ( around the corner from the Main St address). It was also extremely clean. And if you need product, this is the place to go. They have a huge selection of a variety of brands. I will keep this shop and Courtney on my list of places to return to when I travel in this area again.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Texture Salon! I have been blessed by having Amber as my one and only stylist. I have been going to see Amber every 6-8 weeks for many years. No matter how far I work or live, rain, sunshine or a Wisconsin snow storm in April-I will always travel to see Amber!
