Braids are pretty but the braider made them SO TIGHT I had to take them out—literally my scalp was burning for two days because she did it so tight, even though I told her repeatedly to loosen up, since my family has a history of traction alopecia. I got the individual braids. She was super fast and non stop, it only took 5 hours on my thick hair. I had them done yesterday, I can feel the tightness but my head doesn’t hurt. And they have awesome prices, it was definitely worth the drive from Cobb. The girl one the right side of the shop did them behind the barber. She was courteous and gentle with my head. Thank you and i will be back.

I have been here a few times and the service was ok. they can braid but are not good with styles the only person who is good with styles is not a licensed stylist she is just someone they call when in need… my last experience was terrible and although they are close to my home convenient (because you can just walk in and get braided) i will never ever patronize them again. I will continue to visit Mels braiding and the other little braidsop right up the road on Rockbridge both do great work!
