Katie did not bat an eyelid- just started talking about her ideas on how to help get my tresses back into shape. She gives amazing shampoos- that was such a treat. She was easy to talk to but also let me stare off into space while she worked which I appreciate as I do not often get quiet time to myself these days. Katie also asked me about my hair routine and gave me good tips on how I could improve.I am very happy with my experience and with my haircut. I went to Katie in the Deerfield location. The place was very cute.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, PunctualityI have been going to Textur Beauty Bar for a couple years but started going more regularly about 6 months ago. I have been seeing Katie for routine highlights and hair cut. She does a great job and she is so easy to talk to and let me tell you as someone with two small children it is nice to have some good adult conversation when I can! I went in yesterday for a brow tint and shaping with Bambi. I brought my three year old who has been very curious about the hair dressers and a tad anxious when I leave to go. Bambi was amazing with her! She let her come up close to watch, involved her in conversation and made her feel like a princess when she asked her to twirl in her dress. She felt like a star when everyone said hi to her as we walked through the salon. As soon as we got home before we took our shoes off she was telling me to lay on the couch so we could play hair dresser and she was pretending to be Bambi. I know a three year old can be tough to have in a hair salon but all three girls there were amazing and didn’t make me feel bad for bringing her! She wont be joining every time but it will make my time at the salon more enjoyable knowing she isn’t at home anxious about me being at the strange place called the hair salon. I have been going to Textur Beauty Bar for a couple years but started going more regularly about 6 months ago. I have been seeing Katie for routine highlights and hair cut. She does a great job and she is so easy to talk to and let me tell you as someone with two small children it is nice to have some good adult conversation when I can! I loved both of them so much and have always walked away from the salon feeling fabulous! They do such a good job and are both such nice people.
