The owner took 3+ hours to highlight and cut my hair. She turned it ORANGE. I ended up having to go home with color on my hair and wash it out myself to not hit the 4 hour mark and get home later than 9pm. This was after the new management took over. Will never step foot in there again for any reason, I drive to Louisiana now to a competent and experienced stylist.
