My daughter was quoted a price of $45 for her nails, when she was charged theywere $70! I understand that some styles cost more, BUT it’s unethical for them not to tell her the nails she wanted were going to be more than the quote. This is the most unprofessional nail location in Franklin. Owner is extremely rude. Please spend your money somewhere else. Because I’m all about customer service. And I will hardly drive far to spend my hard earned money somewhere else rather than be treated rudely

I would give this establishment much less than 1 star if they would let me. This was my first time here and I simply wanted my toes and nails painted with gel polish. I don’t know if it was the guys first day or what, but he did an awful job. He was very rough with my hands and my feet, nearly ripping my skin off as he was going. When I asked to change the colors because the color I originally picked looked much different on, it was a huge ordeal and I was called picky by another one of the workers present. The woman in charge ended up coming over and picking out like 4 different colors and roughly painting my nails and asking me what I want, which honestly made me feel pretty stupid. I feel if you’re paying good money for a service you’re allowed to be a little picky. Overall my nails look terrible, I was there for almost 2 hours and I wasn’t even getting anything more than just my nails and toes painted. It was ridiculous, a waste of time, and a huge waste of money. Even though the sign stated $33 for a manicure and pedicure they charged me $46 which was crazy. I tried to dispute the price but then they didn’t speak English enough to be able to do so. Horrible experience overall and I would never return.

We had an appointment and they took us when we arrived for our spa pedicure-we did not have to wait! The spa pedicure was very nice! The nails were done very quickly-we would have liked them to slow down a little with a little more care. But a nice job and a good price!

I have been going for several years and feel like the last 3-4 times going I have been treated like I am not at all welcome. I will not be going back again, and I don’t know why I kept trying. Tina has been the one that has been rude the last couple of times. She told me to quit changing my mind one of the times I visited, and the last time I was there she was downright hateful. She kept getting up and not saying whether or not I was done. I just wanted to run out of there as I felt so belittled.
