I have been going here for years. For one, everyone is new here. Also, the last few times, I have gone home crying but keep going back, hoping it was just that stylist. First, they highlighted my hair. I have dark brown hair; the girl highlighted my hair so much it was falling out in clumps. I returned, and they again destroyed my hair (multiple times, I gave them a chance). Today is the last straw. I had long hair but knew it was damaged at the ends. I showed a picture mentioning this is the SHORTEST I want it. If she can go longer, that’s better. She grabbed all my hair and cut it all at once, let it go, and it was SHORTER than the shortest I was willing to go!! That is before she had to make it all even and cut more!

Wow. Just got a big shock. I’ve been coming here for quite a few years. Color and highlight touch up with a haircut. $176. My hair is only about 5 inches long, and my roots were 1.5″ . Y’all justlost a good customer because you want to make all your money on one service instead of repeat business. I won’t be back

Had appt 11am with Cheryl. Arrrived 11am, Cheryl did not even turn her head, just said plz wait. 30 min later, TX Hair Team had no idea why I was there. By looks of Cheryl’s hair I probably dodged a disaster by leaving.

I came in on 6/30 for a hair cut with long layers. I was asked if I wanted face framing layers but told her no because it scared me. Everything looked great when I left. I did not get it styled because I had just gotten off work and was headed home. Sunday I finally styled my hair and noticed my hair was uneven in the front. She did in fact give me face framed layers but only on one side. I called today to see if I could come in to get it fixed. The person I spoke to seemed annoyed and like she didn’t really care. I tried explaining what happened and was cut off so she could say come in and we’ll look at it. Very unprofessional! Ended up going to the 2920 location to get it fixed!

Kiera completely botched my husband’s hair yesterday. He got there a little after 10, did not have an appointment, and unfortunately got her. He’s never had trouble there before. He’s been going there for years, as a walk in, and has never had this happen before. He said she did not even know how to cut hair. She had to keep getting help from another salon worker. It took her an hour and a half to cut his hair. Rediculous. Do not get her.
