First time in his chair and he did my highlights and color exactly the way I showed him in the color. Will for sure be going back. After my first visit last week for a partial highlight with a different stylist, I was unhappy with the results. I came back a couple of days later and asked to speak to the manager. Kristen was warm and friendly from the moment she came out. She understood my concerns and never made me feel uncomfortable for coming back. She assured me she would get my hair fixed and she definitely did!! She did a wonderful job and my hair turned out just like I wanted it to. Kristen is definitely very customer focused and I can tell that she takes an interest in making sure all the clients are satisfied. I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Kristen today. After my first visit last week for a partial highlight with a different stylist, I was unhappy with the results. I came back a couple of days later and asked to speak to the manager. Kristen was warm and friendly from the moment she came out. My stylist was Aaron and I’m unsure of what the other gentleman’s name was but he had one stripe of color in his hair. Anyway they both did amazing jobs on our hair. Arron was very professional and kind. I normally don’t talk when I’m around new people, but I found myself having a full on conversation with him and laughing a lot too. My mother and I are on vacation from Missouri and went to the shop. My stylist was Aaron and I’m unsure of what the other gentleman’s name was but he had one stripe of color in his hair. Anyway they both did amazing jobs on our hair. Arron was very professional and kind. Not only was she gracious with me after I came in late, but she offered me tips and her own advice while cutting it (I tend to be very indecisive lol). It’s so hard to find someone who knows how to work with naturally curly hair, but this girl nailed it! I loved her vibe along with the whole staff! Everyone was super friendly, and seemed like they truly were a team. Oh, and you really can’t beat the prices!! This is my new hair place! Katelyn (idk if that’s the correct spelling-sorry!) washed & cut my hair today, and I LOVE IT!!! Not only was she gracious with me after I came in late, but she offered me tips and her own advice while cutting it (I tend to be very indecisive lol). I got it done yesterday and since then I have gotten so many compliments. All the staff there were so friendly and definitely made it a good experience.
