Critical: Professionalism, QualityI have used Texas Hair Team in Huntsville many times for both myself and my kids. Never had the experience that I had today. Took my son today to get a haircut. I trusted the process when I saw that the stylist buzzed his hair to almost the crown of his head only on one side. When done his hair was still in his eyes and the other side of his head looked great. When I started to get upset about what she had done her only response was that he didn’t want a lot off the top. Of course I had to ask her to cut it out of his eyes…never thought that would be something I would have to ask. To completely fix this mess he is going to have no hair, which we will have to do somewhere other than here. I have used Texas Hair Team in Huntsville many times for both myself and my kids. Never had the experience that I had today. Took my son today to get a haircut. I trusted the process when I saw that the stylist buzzed his hair to almost the crown of his head only on one side. My sons had an appointment yesterday and one of them when he got in the chair she went straight to cutting. The other once he sat down she felt the need to look through his hair for lice and said he had eggs. His brother right next to him didn’t have ANYTHING. She dug through my sons hair so much he started tearing up and embarrassed, she refused his service and when I took him THAT SAME DAY to another hair salon they looked and found NOTHING and proceeded to cut his hair. Horrible experience for my son and will NOT be returning.
