Again yesterday (7/30/22). Hubby stopped in to get hair cut at 10:30 am. Was told he would have to wait until 3:30 pm. What the heck. It was a Saturday and only 3 people working. We’re done getting our hair cut there. This place stinks.

My hair was absolutely butchered, I wanted it shoulder length and it was cut above my ear on one side and to my shoulder on the other side. I had to go somewhere to get it fixed. I 100% would not go here EVER! Every time I tried to get up to look at it she would push me back down in the chair. She also dropped to hair dryer on my head. Go somewhere else!!

I’ve been to Alexandra numerous times and every time it was a great experience! I took my eleven year old in for her first hair coloring appointment today. She was excited to get colorful hair for summer break. We scheduled with Alexandra (Allie) and she was phenomenal. I dont know a lot about hair and was unsure of the correct terminology but she quickly figured out what we were looking for. She sat down with my daughter and had a lenghty consultation regarding the process, color selection, and proper care for her hair texture (turning curly from straight baby hair). She made sure we were both comfortable and walked us through each part of the process. At the end of the day, my kid was so excited with her new hair I thought she may cry. Her hair is now an absolutely gorgeous tapestry of blue and teal balayage. Bonus- Allie selected UV reactive dyes so her hair also glows in the dark. Perfect for a kiddo! I cant recommend her highly enough. She is very talented, warm, and just all around fabulous. If youre looking for a change she’s definitely your girl!

The Staff were nice, but Gave me the wrong haircut. I was going from long hair to short hair and the stylist gave an entirely different cut from the examples I showed her. She even reviewed the examples multiple times while cutting.
