I incidentally booked an appointment here for myself and a couple other ladies when trying to book at the salon nearby. We showed up a couple minutes early and numerous people went ahead in front of us while we waited. We were seated and they turned on water for pedicure for one of us but not the others. Finally came back and turned on water for others. One of us ended up leaving as they hadn’t started working after being there for 30 minutes and also because there was a woman beside her drinking wine and cursing at her husband on speaker phone. Too much skin was cut off my toes and it was burning with the alcohol spray for the gel. The hot towel was so hot that it left red marks on my foot and ankle for several hours. They didn’t paint near the cuticle possibly to have you come back sooner. I really liked the color but one big toe was a shiny color and the other was a matte color.

I’d give 0 if I could.. Horrible… my daughter went in todo… and she tried telling the lady what she wanted and she just kept saying .. tell me later tell me later… then she asked and said it was to late…. Wife’s turned out ok… daughter was $69 and we will steer anyone and everyone away from the horrid work they did… see pics.. my daughter pays for her own nails and was balling her eyes out how badly they were done…

Critical: Quality, ValueI went to this nail salon for fills and had the worst nail experience ever. My nails look terrible. They are thick, uneven, and ugly. It was the manager of the salon and she said she had been doing nails for years. Shocking to me from the way my nails look. She just blobbed on the acrylic and then used the electric drill to clean up her mess. I am soaking off my $45 nail job today!
