Critical: Professionalism, ValueI wanted to do something to make myself feel better after having my baby so I wanted a new haircut. Showed her a picture of what I wanted and she gave me something completely different than what I wanted…..she gave me the exact hairstyle as this old lady next to me. I had to stop myself from bawling my eyes out from seeing she cut all my hair off. Plus was talking and joking around with a coworker while cutting my hair. Not happy at all. I wanted to do something to make myself feel better after having my baby so I wanted a new haircut. Showed her a picture of what I wanted and she gave me something completely different than what I wanted…..she gave me the exact hairstyle as this old lady next to me. Terran was amazing! She was super friendly and flexible with her schedule, i hadnt had a hair cut in over 3 years and i have ALOT of curly hair and she was able to help with what i wanted done and at the last minute my fiance decided to have my sons hair cut, which she took the time to cut his hair as well without any hesitation, (hes 3 and can be difficult Haha!) I will recommend her to anyone who needs a hair cut!

I’ve been battling a Crohn’s flare along with other health issues and this one was so bad I’ve had to bathe different sections of myself everyday because of the extreme fatigue not allowing me to take a full on body shower. I had skipped three days washing my hair. They washed it for me and no one judged me and they were even kind enough to ask how my meds were working. My hair has even started to thin a bit because of my meds, but Sami (that was the name on the mirror) touched up my cut and said she’d leave it thick even though she didn’t have a problem with hair coming out. If I needed it thinned later, to come back. They know their stuff and they care. Thank you again!

Friendly staff and they always give me the cut and style I want. Lori and Sammie have always done a great job. And they also have a lady that sells jewelry and some clothing and a few choices of shoes which is a great idea.
