I went in to get the nail design below. The person doing my nails literally did not know where to start. They first painted my nails beige and then they were going to do the purple tip. When the man was going to paint the tip it’s like he didn’t know how to put the line. Then I just told him just keep them beige. I left and an hour later the color was chipping!! I went back so they can fix the polish but asked the lady that was there if she possibly knew how to do the design. I explained to her it was supposed to be like a french manicure. She had an attitude, but I ignored it. She shaved off the color and started painting the tips. She left peach patches all over my nails.Then look at the finish of the nails. It’s all messed up. Update: after I posted the photos they commented to call them so they can fix the problem. The have refused to fix my nails.

Don’t listen to what you want. Horrible customer service. Used whatever color she wanted to (blue) and asked for a red. Then she proceeded to paint over the messed up one and not listening to the fact that the blue was peaking through. Didn’t feel like causing a argument because she refused to listen when being told. So now nails look ridiculous. Don’t recommend this place. Have given them multiple chances in hopes for a better experience but today was it. Never again.

They will seat you for your Pedi ASAP, however you can wait up till 30 minutes for someone to come start on you. I also received a Mani and below are the pictures of what my hands looked like the next day. They constantly try to get you to get service that is more expensive and they day i went no one received complimentary beverages. I was there for 2and half hours.
