Stephanie was so sweet and attentive to detail and did a beautiful job on my nails. Every step she was so careful to get them perfect, and she was very gentle with my hands and cuticles. I will be going back to her from now on.

Ridiculous wait time and poor customer service. Arrived 11:45am Friday and didn’t get my fill-in until 1:30pm. There were only 2 nail techs and a woman doing lashes. The sad part is their was only 1 customer who was sitting in the chair when I arrived getting her nails done. If you’re gonna make people wait be professional and courteous enough to advise them of your long wait time. Also, turn on your tv so your customer and potential customers can at least watch tv! The whole time this establishment had their tv off. I won’t be back because of the extremely long wait time as well as how the nail tech has poor listening skills. She did the exact opposite of what I told her to do and they charged me $62 for a fill-in and 1 nail repair.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI was a walk in for a gel manicure. I told the male nail tech what I wanted. Had to tell him to at least do my cuticles or he would not have touched them.Took him 1 1/2 hours to paint my nails.I could have done a better job myself. My nails were in bad shape when I got there. The nail tech took care of me, did ombré out of my world! Would come back but I moved. If I ever stop back, I’ll be here!!

Great prices, great service. Not fancy, but they did everything perfect. I went in with a cracked (natural nail) and they were able to save it without cutting off my length I’ve tried so hard to keep. Definitely will be back!

I visited Tessa on the recommendation of my sister who is a frequent lash flyer. My eyebrows were arched to identical twin perfection! Your individual results may vary of course. Needless to say, she exceeded my expectations. The lash application was quick and they have lasted for nearly 3 weeks. You can bring your own or choose from her available assortment. Be patient!!! The line is long but moves at a steady pace. I would definitely visit again.
