Deep Bodywork ® 90 minutes
Deep Bodywork® is a idle paced and gravity bssed, gentle form of deep tissue. When combined with Esalen Massage® you may be lulled into a deep state where the body relaxes and invites this very slow, firm, style of work. 90, 120, 180 sessions available. Three hour sessions are not available to first time clients. Providing the pace Deep Bodywork® requires, three hours is ideal for a full deep massage including the deep hip, and psoas. Drink lots of water day prior and 12-24 hours of light activity following, is highly recommend and appreciated.		$150.00
Esalen massage® One hour
Flowing and nurturing Esalen massage has fluid strokes, gentle stretches and joint rotations. Embracing the body as a whole. A lot of this modality is what they call “The long stroke.” This is where both hands are placed on either side of the body. Slowly and firmly go from your feet, to the hips, hip circles, up to shoulders, down the arms to hands, back to hips and feet. That is a example how a Esalen Massage ® practitioner moves around the body.		$100.00
