I’ve been coming here for a little over a year now. The owner Tiffany always takes good care of me. She does my pedicure’s and my manicure’s. Love her work. Just recently nail tech David has been doing my nails. He listens to how I want my nails done and is polite. The employees are kind, customer service is good. I am respectful to them and I feel they all reciprocate it back. I feel comfortable coming here. Wait time isn’t long, I go early and get out at a reasonable time. Thank you Tiffany & staff!!!

I got white tip nails but they cut to much that left me beading on 7 nails. I did let her know she was cutting/hurting me but she acted like she didn’t hear me.I told her more then once. My nails are burning up. After she cut me she sent me to wash my hands, then added alcohol. I really wanted to cry because of the pain.she also tried to apologize but she still hurt me bad. Am never going here again. I don’t know how they are in business.

Needed my nails done quickly and tried this place because it was on the way . Now i know just to be patient and go where i normally go smh ♀️ pedicure was ok but my full set was awfully done he literally glued and extra nail under my acrylic and it looks horrible and charged me to much plus just like the reviews say they cut yes they are not carful and cut my index finger under nail with the nail drill hurt so bad ridiculous never coming back

I’ve came here over 5-6 times now trying to get either gel manicures which are simple things to do. I myself have been in this business and it disappoints me how every single time they give me someone new. I tell them to be careful and they still cut me and don’t do the nails as asked and here’s one example below. I have asked them over and over again to give me someone better to do the nails too. The lady told me she would do my nails next time I came and she didn’t. She ended up doing my toes and I appreciate how she tried to do them and I am fine with how she did it but the new lady kept grazing my skin with the machine and lied to me saying she could do the design I wanted. She didn’t have pearls and put those stones instead. She said it would be extra but I had told her if she didn’t have the pearls why would she say that she did. I would’ve gone somewhere else. I kept telling her to fix a lot of the visible mistakes. The stones weren’t even applied with glue either and already one fell off. She used top coat. Not to mention she didn’t do a good job at waxing the upper lip and eyebrow. I had to show her where all the hairs were and she said I was just hairy. Well that’s what I went to get waxed for ! They keep disappointing me and I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt. Nice people but need to get either get better people to work there or work on their actual skills. 🙁

The nails lasted less then a week through our hands and where yelling slammed the nail polish on the table they where very agrassive and they thought we where not going to pay made our finger bleed and they continued to try to make us get the design they want Ted we said no and they got very mad horrible service don’t recommend going there .

Very satisfied with the service today. They can do exactly what you ask. Here is the picture I showed, and picture they did on my nails. They care about their customers. I understand why this place is highly rated. In the beginning, we were worried that we have to wait long, but they compensated with good customer service. Défini going to come back. My friend and I really enjoyed spending time there.
