Went in for dip removal and a new dip set and I left because during the removal the tech (Zoom) was prying off my nails which was painful. He tried soaking them but wasn’t patient enough and continued to pry and grind them off. This broke multiple of my natural nails so I wouldn’t have been able to keep the length I wanted. So my experience was painful and my nails damaged. I tried to explain why I was unhappy before I left and he didn’t seem to see where I was coming from. I’ve had dip removed many times and it’s never been painful like this.

I really dislike my service. She have no idea of what she was doing. I had to even ask for lotion, to get situated by dry nails stationand pedicure sandals! She painted my toes nails a different color that i asked. I give then $10 tip out of courtesy and then Manager shouted $10!! Then I came back and asked her if she need more? If you want to feel pampered or you need to boost your day, this is the place to go. Tonyy and Nicky were so kind, funny, respectful and both did such an exceptionnel work that really we came out feeling very good. On the other hand the place is beautiful, it has nice décoration, everything looks very clean and new. Summary, great place great workers…..aaahhh and we went there on Sunday!
