I’ll start by saying , I absolutely love this salon and have been going here since they became Tes Tips and Toes. With that said, I can also agree with those who say during peak hours attention to detail can be a little off ( depending on who you get). I do have to disagree with those who say customer service lacks during peak hours, while they may not be as talkative they are ALWAYS polite and will fit you in or ask you to come back. Now, on to quality of service. I really only get gel pedicures and only done a gel manicure once. So my focus will be on pedicures. When I go I ALWAYS ask for Marin or Hope. As long as they’ve done my toes I have not left disappointed. They are quick, efficient and clean. If you don’t like it or notice a mistake they will fix it – no attitude. If the color is a little too light they will let you know or be sure to evenly build up the color. They actually attempt to hold a conversation ( if you want).

They did not wash out the pedicure bowl before putting some one else on the same chair. If you turn on translate you will hear then taking about every customer in the shop. The owner is rude. They also damaged my nail. When speaking to others the same happened to them. I have been getting nails done for over 15 years and never had a pedi that split your nail. It also happened to another individual. You nails would look pretty but not be taking care of well and the other issues outweigh the product produced. I would not go there again.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!, my family and I used to like and recommend this place until today when me and my daughter went to our appointment and we were treated in a very rude and disrespectful way and with loud voice two ladies told me that my appointment was on 12/21 when I cleary I requested for 12/22 at 2 pm but they gave me at 1:30, what it bothers me that they didn’t owed their mistake and mistreated us. We left and gladly spend our $250 in a place we’re we were treated like a customers.

Find somewhere else. For the second time (2 out of 3 visits) one of my Dip Nails fell off after less than two weeks. I do not do anything rough with my hands and I have never had an issue with dip nails with any other nail salon I have used. When I attempted to get the nail fixed (and I would have paid and tipped) they only said to come back tomorrow. That is not possible. I will not be returning to TES TIPS & TOES and I recommend thay you look elsewhere for your nail services.

Nice people and decent service. The attention to detail is lacking. My nails ended up incredibly thick and uneven, which is disappointing and uncomfortable. The color is beautiful and the pedicure was very nice. The super thick nails make it almost impossible to use a few of my fingers, though. I’ll likely have to remove them early because after one day it’s driving me crazy.

Went here for the first time a week ago I need of a new spot! I was nervous because I’d been going to the same nail place for years. But Tes Tips and Toes was ABSOLUTELY AWESOME. Linda serviced me and you would have thought we have known each other for years. Superior in professionalism, good quality, very clean, and great precautions in place due to COVID-19. Best part is they offer lots of services, dip chrome nails, gel nails, brows and so much more. They are very affordable and get this, if you pay with cash you get 5% cash back! Thanks Tes Tips and Toes for an awesome experience! You’ve definitely gained a new consistent customer!
