Horrible pedicure. Basically she put my feet in warm water, used a scrub square on my heels and drained the water. She lotioned my legs and painted my toes. That was it! No wonder no one comes here. No sanitation happened at all. She kept pushing down hard on my feet. The chair needed to scoot forward, so my feet would rest flat but it was broken.Don’t go here ! By far the worst pedicure I’ve ever had! Wasted 40 dollars !!

Me and my mom went to get a pedicure for my birthday. I think they spent a total of 20 minutes and the rest of the time was spent sitting in the chair waiting for paint to dry. My heels are worse off than when we went in. My mom asked if they could do more on our heels and they shrugged us off. Now my heels are split open with hard, sharp pieces of skin. For sure won’t ever go there again. Also zero ventilation, I left with a headache, and I am a licensed nail tech.

Love it here. They have the best massage chairs for pedicures. Also they have a wide variety of great colors and it’s the same price as every where else. My pedicure was great my toes look amazing of course I’m sure it depends who you have do them. I haven’t ever had a problem here so far. However they have been pretty busy lately and I haven’t been able to walk in as much as I use to but if you call ahead they can get you in pretty close to when you need.

My Mom and I had Pedi’s and loved the experience! They were very attentive and more thorough than any other place we have been to. They did several coats of polish so it will last a long time. My Mom accidentally smudged the polish on her big toe putting her shoe on and they immediately removed the polish and fixed it without a second thought. My calves and feet feel wonderful! We will definitely come back again! Reasonable prices and weren’t too busy. The staff can be hard to understand but are all very kind.

Overall this spa is a good spa I go all of the time but I’ve only had my nails done by the younger woman. But I went in today to get a fill and the older lady cut my cuticles on SIX of my fingers with the electric grinder wand and was death gripping my fingers also I have polish and acrylic all over my fingers. If choosing this place it’s well worth it waiting for the younger woman. If you don’t want your cuticles cut!!

Horrible service! I just had the worst pedicure. I was the only customer in there. The lady (who refused to give me her name, or the owner’s name) refused to give me a deluxe pedicure. She wouldn’t remove the dead skin from my heels. When I asked her to scrub my foot again she was very irritated and ignored me. She started pulling on my ankle and telling me to work with her. I told her she was rude and she stopped talking to me. When it came time to leave, I asked for her name and the owner’s name. She kept telling me, no name, no name. She told me to leave. When I saw the owner’s name taped to the counter and I started writing it down, she ripped it off the counter and told me to leave. Unfortunately, we were the only two people there. As I was leaving two other employees showed up. I tried talking to them. The young girl was nice and apologized several times. Me and my family have been going to Terry’s for years. We have never had an issue. But after the way I was treated, I can’t, out of principle go back. I have no problem paying for services and tipping for services. But to be treated so rudely and made to feel like a burden, I can’t support any business who is okay with this.

Very frustrating experience. My mom and I made 2 appointments and when we came in they told us to come back in 30 min. So we came back, they sat me down for my shellac manicure, which ended up being awful, my cuticles were painted over causing the shellac to immediately lift. We then both wanted pedicures, and they told us we needed to wait another 30 minutes as they let 2 people who had just walked in the door sit down. We decided to leave after being so frustrated and told to wait twice after we had made appointments. We walked out the door with only one of the original 4 services we had requested when making appointments, and even the one was awful. Do not recommend.

Had my nails done with acrylic and they don’t look good at all one of my nails is crooked the pink stuff they used didn’t fill my entire nail so they look a week grown out instead of 24 hours . You can see the fake nail on both of my thumbs and the lady said that it’ll buff out but you can see it on both. Had 2 people working on my nails also. The only thing I liked was my nail art. Going back in Monday and asking if they can fix it. If not , not worth the 35 dollars and I will not return

Honestly the price was a killer deal. Til I arrived for a pedicure. Seeing this gal next to me get finished up. She paid and left. Wondering if the nail tech was going to clean her tools and rub. She never did and another woman arrived for a pedicure. The nail tech put her in the same exact tub and filled it up with water. So if the gal before her had fungus. Most likely the next gal would get it. When I was finished my nail guy never cleaned his tools either. Sanitation isn’t there thing here.
