We took our grandson here for his first haircut. As with most first haircuts our grandson cried at first. But they offered him some chips and a drink. They let him hold the clippers and comb. Called a day ahead to schedule a haircut, only to show up to no appointment. They told me I could sit and wait for the next opening to get my haircut. I was desperate for a cut, so I opted to wait. After sitting and listening to some of the fond stories the guys shared on their visits to the strip club, it was finally my time. When I sat down to get my haircut, I was informed how Terry’s is not just a haircut, but also a “life transformation”. Boy, was that statement true. I had sideburns when I went in, and left with none. That wasn’t the plan.

Had an appointment for 1:00 with Danny. When I arrived I was told that Danny was fired. I had to wait an additional 40 minutes. There were several others waiting as well which leads me to believe the barber was under pressure to work a bit faster. The haircut was ok, not great. I asked for some length to be taken off the top which it was not. I even showed pics of the haircut I wanted. The barber was distracted several times during my haircut which I was not happy about. Can’t say I would recommend. Professionalism and customer focus goes a long way when you pay for services.
