First contacted Terria for chair massages for our 24 teachers during teacher appreciation week. She helped with coordinating a 2nd therapist for us. Each one of the teachers loved the experience. I saw that the website had no number which was a red flag for me. There were quite a few detail questions that I had and prefer to just speak with someone over the phone due to the turn around time with emails and my event is on Friday. She sent me an invoice and wanted me to pay. I asked if someone could call me in regards to the amount of questions I had and just wanted to get a CLEAR UNDERSTANDING on what I was ordering and how would I get in touch with them if I had no number and pickup questions. Due to the fact that my event is Friday I urgently wanted to SPEAK to someone right away BEFORE paying the invoice to make sure what I wanted was what I was booking for. I emailed could someone call me twice. She emailed me back and asked me what were my questions. I again stated I prefer for someone to call me if they aren’t able to do so just cancel my invoice. Instead of calling she simply CANCELLED my invoice. I am just curious on why was it so hard for someone to simply call me? Like you really rather lose a client that to simply make a call. You never know who someone could be or benefit the person may bring you. I’m glad my invoice was canceled after all.
