This place is absolutely wonderful! Not only is this a luxurious salon, it’s also very professional with a very relaxing atmosphere!! The complimentary drinks are a major plus!! This place charges extra for every single thing! $5 for long which aren’t even long really. $5 to shape $5 for tips. Besides that my nails look horrible after one week. The clear coat is chipping off and a nail already broke smh. My first visit was about $124 for least expensive pedicure and dip nails so I spun their wheel and got a gift card for $50 on my first visit which is the ONLY reason I came back again. The first set had two nails broke the next day. They fixed it for me with no problem but I don’t have harsh job it shouldn’t break like that. My clear coat should not be chipping and cracked like it is right now after one week. They charge way to much for the his outcome. Adding picture.

Went in asking for short, round, pink acrylic nails. Very basic, plain and simple. Price on the menu said $41 dollars, so I don’t know why I was charged $56. I was going to tip $5 so I was expecting to pay a total of $46 dollars, but when I was charged $56 and wasn’t told where the extra $15 dollars came from I changed my mind about leaving a tip. I don’t like when I’m charged a different price and no explanation for it. I may or may not come back because I do like my nails, even though there’s a noticeable bubble on my right pinky nail, but I’m not too sure yet.

Nice staff and very pretty place. Nails came out good. 3 stars because they constantly tried to up-sale me which was annoying. Then at the end, they tried charging me for long nails. When I asked the lady why, she said because the nails I got are considered “Long”. When She came to service me, I asked for very very short nails. She cut them short then I asked her to cut them shorter and she said she can’t cut them any shorter because it won’t go any shorter. So, by the time I got my receipt I was VERY confused. Thankfully the lady at the front desk took it off. It was an okay experience overall.

I visit this salon for the first time today and it was a great experience from the moment I walked in the door. I was greeted warmly and escorted to my booth to fill my bio gel nails. As it’s the holiday season, I requested something different and my nail tech went above and beyond to replicate the design I showed her, as much as possible. She did an amazing job! I will return in the future.

Never been in a place like that, first time for me, friendly stuff, I love the fact I can have a drink while I’m sitting down getting my feet tickled lol. New Equipment With back massage, your feet never touches surface area where someone else was, sanitized and replaced with a new plastic.
