My sister went to this location 2 months ago. She went around noon during the week with hopes of everything running smoothly and it not being busy. She got rescheduled multiple times because they weren’t sure if the stylist was coming in. She had a Terrible experience here and won’t be coming back.

I followed Neka from previous service reviews from LifeTime gym members. They told me I’d better book with her for all occasions. She went above and beyond my expectations for my first visit. My hair had streaks from a previous hair salon, but she still managed to deliver the balayage I had hoped for. I’m thankful I found a passionate hairstylist that cares about her clients, and is knowledgeable about hair! If you’re wanting perfect hair, there’s no one I trust more to get the job done! (The first pic is Neka trying to remove the weird red streak in my money pieces)

I have been a client of Terrace Retreat Salons and other Adveda Salons for at least 20-30 years. I have always gotten great service and stayed with the same person until they moved on. Today, according to my calendar I had an appointment at 12:00. I walked out at 12:45 without a hair cut and blow dry. The young lady said my appointment was at 12:20 and when she called my home (after I left) she said it was 12:15. I don’t know why my “regular guy” was running so late except when I arrived he was just beginning to cut a lady’s hair. Should a client be expected to wait 30-45 minutes for service when the appointment was made nearly two weeks ago and are a regular client? I don’t think so.

I had the best experience at this salon. Jennifer was an amazing stylist and I couldn’t be any happier. From the minute I walked in until the time I left I felt welcomed by her. When I sat down to get my haircut, she listened to me well and offered excellent suggestions. Throughout the haircut, Jennifer continued to be very friendly and gave great conversations. You could tell she was being very diligent with her work and she is a perfectionist. When I was finished I absolutely loved my hair!!! I highly recommend Jennifer to everyone. She is amazingly talented at what she does. I will never go to another stylist because I have found the best!!!
