I’ve been going to Terra Organic Spa for many years now, and each time I have a great & relaxing experience. I don’t even live in Syracuse, but when I come to visit, I always make sure to book a massage at the very least. Lately, I’ve had Chuck for massages, and he’s wonderful!! His eagerness to hear feedback & make sure you are getting what you want out of the massage (whether it’s to work through muscle aches or simply melt into the table), coupled with his expertise means I am going to walk away feeling amazing. I’ve done facials and body treatments here or there too, and they are equally relaxing. The staff are lovely and kind. I’ve simply never have had a bad experience here! A true 5 star oasis!

This afternoon I received my first 90 minute facial from Emily Kilmer. She was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. Emily explained each step of the facial and answered all my questions. Her presence and approach added to the peace and calm that I was seeking. The Five Star also reflects the atmosphere in the spa room quiet and very comfortable. I plan to return to the Spa with my family and friends.

Whenever I come home, I try to always make an appointment at Terra Organic! It’s my favorite retreat after a long day of travel. Every massage therapist I’ve had has the best hands and I leave truly relaxed. It’s such a quaint, cute, welcoming cottage of serenity. I’ve had a lot of massages over the years, having been in a car accident and dealing with multiple injuries, that I know by now when I’m in good hands. You will without a doubt have the best service and I highly recommend!

I went to Terra Organic today for a deep tissue massage and what I got was a world of relief. Jennifer was my massage therapist and provided me with the best massage that I have ever had. She listened to my concerns about problem areas and focused her treatment on those areas. After the massage she took the time to talk with me and provide suggestions that I could do to help reduce the tension and “knots” that I experience. I never have to look for another salon again…I’ve found my “go to place”.
