I went from medium-long hair to a short pixie cut for the first time and she nailed it and made me feel more comfortable (I was a bit nervous). Great salon! Love the decor and atmosphere. Everyone is very friendly! Love that they use warm towels!! I go to Meaghan and she is extremely talented! She is the ‘Color Queen’. I’ve been pleased every time she cuts or colors my hair! You won’t be disappointed!

Extremely Rude!!!! To preface my experience: I had recently had a baby and felt grungy, so like most new moms, I wanted a fresh start and a new look. But there is very little time with a newborn. My husband one Saturday graciously offered to watch the baby while I went out to get my hair and nails done…Love him!!! I had heard good things about Terra Bella so I decided to give it a try. Of course, it was a Saturday and last minute, so I was going to try several salons to see if any of them happened to have openings. I walked into Terra Bella and asked if they had any available spots for the day. The lady upfront was nice enough and went to see if any of the girls were available for the day. Then, the stylist CLOSEST TO THE WAITING SPACE begins to trash talk me to her client!!!!!! She scoffed and commented on how ridiculous it was that I would think I could get an appointment on a saturday. Then the receptionist pointed out to her that I was standing right there….but she kept going!!!! She continued to tell her client how important their clients were and how picky they were about accepting clients. As if she has the styling skills of a hollywood stylist! How rude!! I will NEVER be going back to Terra Bella and I will make sure all my friends are aware of how rude they are. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. I went to Village Hairstyles and they did a fantastic job and were very welcoming. Maybe you should take some notes Terra Bella. Cute decor doesn’t make you a good stylist and it doesn’t hide your callous nature.
