I came in 15 minutes early for my appointment so they wouldn’t have to wait on me. Ended up having to wait over 35 minutes past my appointment time to start. Told the appointments had been overbooked. Didn’t have time for me to have a proper consultation. So I ended up with “dry” cut. Looked the same as I did going in. She was doing a coloring that had taken “45 minutes” for the customer to decide what she wanted before they started. When I came in she did inform me she was running late. I was glad at that time to wait for a full service. Wish she had spoken to me at that time and clarified what services were going to be needed and time needed. Offered me the trim for free since I didn’t the services I had an appointment for. I did pay for the service. I wasn’t looking for a free cut. Just a shop who would be able take care of my hair needs and at least make my hair look good.

I have been going to Teri Lynn’s for almost 2 years regularly for my color and highlights. The first time was right before my high school reunion so I splurged on myself. Teri wanted me to be able to pamper myself more often and worked out an affordable plan for me to do just that. Now I get my cut, color, blow dry and style at an extremely affordable rate and she does it carefully, quickly and friendly. I’ve been to other salons and were not as impressed as I am with her. PLUS, she gives back to her community by donating her goods and services to charities and fundraisers. I highly recommend Teri Lynn.
