I received a dip manicure. I did not realize that the color I picked was going to glow in the dark. When I called to inquire if they knew the color glows in the dark, she said I picked the color and I didn’t ask for the color not to glow in the dark. I am not a child and didn’t know I had to specifically request not to have my nails glow in the dark. Based on her response and smart Alec answer I won’t be back. They are also over priced for the service provided.

Literally my worse experience ever. I paid 30 for a full set. He didn’t clean my nails scrape my cuticals, and then he left me in the chair waiting for 15 min while he went too pick his son up from School. He rushed my nails they we’re bumpy as not even. Still paid full service. I will be calling to speak too theresa. Will not be returning.
