I enjoy my haircuts at this place but it needs to improve in customer service, for example they never greet you as you walk in like most friendly establishment’s do and the same thing when leaving this place I never get a thank you or a hope to see you next time. Another example is the waiting process for a haircut is awful they sometimes skip you for someone else that just arrived for the same type of haircut that one is waiting for. If you haven’t noticed In today’s barber industry it’s all about customer loyalty and if customers don’t feel appreciated then they will go somewhere else.

If you have $15 and are looking for a nice haircut in the valley, look no futher than this barber shop. My mom used to be a barber so she’s been cutting my hair for 18 years now, yet she really doesn’t know how to do a fade. I heard about this place from a friend, and this is my second time coming here- I’ve never second guessed this decision! I got a haircut from Robert today, apparently he’s new, but he’s the youngest person at this shop and he’s a chill guy. My only gripe is that it’s a little hard to find parking at times, and sometimes they’re really busy at this shop. Just be patient they’re really good at what they do!

Always have received a great style & cut, been a customer over 15 years. I just wish they would be more mindful of their hours of operation. Many mornings have waited passed the posted time, very inconvenient for customers who have busy schedules. Few times just left because I could not wait anymore & had to return at a later date.
