Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueWhile altering your appearance should not be expected for women, if someone chooses to do so— do so here. I loved the fact that during my lip flip I brought up a few of my other insecurities & Dr. Evans was quick to assure me that I didn’t need to change these things; only if I wanted to. I felt comfortable & humanized unlike some beauty spa’s I’ve been to where they will try to push you to do more to your face or bring up things you could do (to establish a reoccurring client). They only gave me information on things I specifically asked about. Tensegrity is elite in the way they only wish to help their patients be more confident in their own skin. While altering your appearance should not be expected for women, if someone chooses to do so— do so here. I loved the fact that during my lip flip I brought up a few of my other insecurities & Dr. Evans was quick to assure me that I didn’t need to change these things; only if I wanted to. Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI love how warm and inviting it is there. The staff is amazing and they know their stuff! You won’t find a more professional, knowledgeable or attentive staff than here. I had a facial there today with Danielle Dumont-Cohen and it was Amazing. I love how warm and inviting it is there. The staff is amazing and they know their stuff! You won’t find a more professional, knowledgeable or attentive staff than here. I had a facial there today with Danielle Dumont-Cohen and it was Amazing. I can’t wait to go back for more treatments with Danielle, Dr.Evans and the entire staff.

Positive: ProfessionalismI had a session with Dr Evans a week ago … my second Botox treatment – the first I had elsewhere and after it I couldn’t understand what all the fuss was about, and even wound up having a slightly uneven result. Knowing Heather and her knowledge of facial musculature as a DO, her clear love of aesthetics, and significant amount of time spent becoming trained in this specialty area, I decided to give it another chance and I’m so glad I did!! She spent a lot of time with me asking what specifically I was hoping to accomplish, offered suggestions and formulated a treatment plan with me. The office was clean, inviting, and the injections were so well done. Since my visit I’ve quickly seen results that will continue to improve, but I’m already extremely impressed. My “11s” are essentially gone and I look far less agitated at my kids and husband Lol. Totally worth it and I’ll definitely be back. Also excited to try out numerous other options for facials etc. once Danielle is back in the office! Keep up the great work Team Tensegrity! I had a session with Dr Evans a week ago … my second Botox treatment – the first I had elsewhere and after it I couldn’t understand what all the fuss was about, and even wound up having a slightly uneven result.
