Critical: Quality, ValueMiddle finger was busted and I don’t even know why, ring finger was smudged and I told them and they didn’t fix it. The biggest issue for me was that they obviously didn’t brush away any of the dust from shaping the acrylic nails, because there’s white little dots ALL over every single nail. It’s definitely the powder coated under the polish. Middle finger was busted and I don’t even know why, ring finger was smudged and I told them and they didn’t fix it. The biggest issue for me was that they obviously didn’t brush away any of the dust from shaping the acrylic nails, because there’s white little dots ALL over every single nail. This is the worse place I have had service in Tennessee, the pedicure was terrible, leaving dirt under the nail, leaving callous on (even after I asked if he would work on them. I asked for short he left them long. The gel manicure was even worse. They cut my finger and just kept wiping the blood off and spear polish over it. The equipment and place as a whole was very dirty and inches of dust. Placing my hand in the black light made me sick to my stomach, there was so much dirt and who knows what else.

I go here for a simple pedicure. I’ve had Lai as a nail tech a few times and she is kind, skillful and professional. The pricing is very reasonable and I plan to become a regular Pedicure

COVID Pros: The techs and (most) customers all wore masks during the visit, spacing was properly laid out, and when one customer wore a mask, but pulled her mask down during the visit: the manager jokingly/seriously told her to cover her face back up (she did). I called ahead for a Sunday appointment and would recommend the same. All in all, I felt safe and will be back!

I would NOT go to them. My right index finger almost came off because the girl drilled so hard. This was discovered after I had the nails removed as they looked terrible. I posted pics awhile back. Acrylic remnants were under every nail, they look like horses hooves, and one pinky nail was shorter than the other, much shorter. I asked for it to be redone and the head lady just added acrylic making it even thicker. When I complained I was told no refunds and could not redo. Worst place I have ever been and I had been there before a couple of times. DON”T GO!!!

Got my eyebrows waxed here… absolutely will never go again. Wax was left on my face and my brows are completely uneven. I need to go somewhere and have them fixed. The woman argued with me that the style I liked wouldn’t look good on my face – LOL!
