Critical: ProfessionalismMy 1st experience was wonderful & I shared it w all my friends & highly recommended the spa. Loved everything about it!! Amazing experience. Unfortunately after that it was all downhill ! Few months back booked 90min massage service on phone for the same day was told would fit me in & will call between 5 & 5:30 pm. I waited till 6p & left several messages & never got a call back. Next day got a call was profusely apologetic. So decided to give it another go. Called at 10am this morning asking if she can fit me in today. Same story off course can do 7 or 7:30pm but is it ok if she calls me 10min before as she may run late. I said no problem live close by will wait for the call. Again waited till 7:45p & left 2 messages never got a call back. Similar experience with my friend to whom I had recommended this place. It’s ok to say “ No sorry I can’t fit you in “ instead leaving me hanging all day thinking I have an appt to be cancelled without so much as a phone call. I find that extremely rude & unprofessional! It’s a new business &I desperately want to support it. But unfortunately I can’t keep giving her more chances to be stood up.
