We made an appointment for 5, 6 weeks prior to our Thursday appointment for our wedding party to have manicures and pedicures. Our appointment was scheduled to start at noon and do nails first then all together have pedicures. Special day for the ladies. Needless to say when we showed up on time they allowed walk ins to go in our place, sat us down to do our pedicures which we selected the most expensive and proceeded to rush us needless to say with in 40 minutes they had completed all of our pedicures and only had done 3 of the ladies nails stating they didn’t have anyone available to do myself the bride or my bridesmaid. We left and went across the street to NT Nails and Spa II to see Lynn, she saved the day and took care of us right away, redid my toe’s because the lady here did such a horrible job on them. My Aunt also had to redo her nails after the 3rd attempt of Ben messing them up because he was in such a rush. My Aunt was in tears they did such a horrific job. Then it came time to pay and we had did services with them 480.00 dollars worth and because of this I didn’t mind giving the money.even though I was disappointed. What was upsetting was when it came time for me to pay them as I was calmly explaining to them how disappointed we all were Ben laughed at me n my face. This hurt because my money spends any where and as each of us we all work hard for it. From that moment forward I knew this business would never get another dime from me. It was one of the worst experience I have ever dealt with especially when we took the time to schedule the appointment verify the appointment for each of us. Also my pedicure didn’t for some reason include getting the dead skin off or cleaning up the cuticles. Very sad from a business aspect side of things. My advise go see Lynn across the way promise you they won’t rush and will take care of you. Also a side customer meet me at the sink and stated they treated her the same way and that she would not be returning either an it was sad how they were treating us.

I used to use this place a lot and a few times I was slightly unhappy with my service. I had gone back to ask them to politely ask them to fix it and from that point I felt like I was always the elephant in the room. They were so rude. I stopped going. I have recently returned and Kim has done my nails the last few times and she’s been great. Yesterday I went and had one of the former ladies and she did great with shape and length but I had asked for mirror chrome and showed a picture before we started. Once we got to that part she tried a different kind and I said oh no that one looks orange. I was like do you have the mirror kind? She said no ( I used it there before with Kim) and so she said my red was fine no chrome. I would have picked darker red if I had known it was going to be my final nail color. She was trying to get me out of there quickly. Anyway, just frustrated. The two people I think listen are Kim and David, so ask for them. For overall customer service I give them one star.

Technician was rude. Insisting that I get a higher priced service. I am not happy with the job she did. I had to file my nails when I got home. Some had corners but not all. I asked for round. I saw them in the month of August for pedi. I wanted a classic since I needed to be somewhere soon. The girl who completed the pedi seemed to get mad when I didn’t want to up it to a deluxe. She asked several times but I kept saying just a classic. She did the pedi halfway (cuticle care was not complete, nail polish was partially done as she did not put base coat on all the nails and sort of slapped on the polish. Some nails were missing polish except down the center) When she got thru she got up and told me to go to the dryer. It was a bit rude. So in Sept I decided to go back and hopefully get someone else for a pedi (no polish). I got a man this time and I thought great. Lotion was good and callus removal was good. But the cutical care was hardly touched and his attention seemed to be on something or someone behind the chair I was in. so half and half not so good. I think I’ll find somewhere else to go.

Had a $30 pedicure with (shellac +$15) and this is the second time I’ve had a horrible, rushed pedicure here. Won’t come here anymore for pedi’s. When they scrape your nail beds with the cuticle pusher, they should use cuticle remover, mine was dry. When they cut your cuticles, they should use cuticle remover, mine was dry. When they scrub your heels, they should use some kind of acidic gel, mine was dry. For some reason my legs and feet did not get wet much. No foot massage whatsoever, and a rushed and unpleasant leg massage with dry legs + lotion. Shellac application was okay. Afterwards I got a very nice dip set done by Mimi, who I will probably go back to but never again for pedis.

They did my nails right!!! I have had such trouble finding a spa that doesn’t do the dip to thick or to thin and they did my nails right! SPECIFICALLY TIM DID MY NAILS RIGHT! I wish I could remember the name of my nail tech but it’s been 4 weeks and my nails lasted that long of course I trimmed them and filed them. Also all I had to do was mention engrown toe nails and the toe nail tech took care of them. I will be returning. My granddaughter was with me and she loved her nails as well. The pedicure was also awesome!

Critical: ProfessionalismI went today to get shalac done for my toes and the man who did mine today was not at all professional!!! He only asked if I was getting a pedicure also and I said no just to paint. Mind you my toe nails were long and after I told him the color I would like he went and grabbed it. Upon returning he just started cutting my toe nails off so short it hurt then he followed with filing them and of course it hurt!!!! He never said a word during my whole visit!! I told him he could have just trimmed them not cut down to the skin! Even when I was checking out he never said another word!! Asked for ombre nails and did not get what i asked for. Nails were left super short and definitely not worth the priced charge. Would rather pay extra for a service and be exactly what I asked for. Dip powder, Pedicure
