I had read good reviews for Ten Salon, so I decided to try them for the first time to get highlights. I had to pay a $100 deposit up front to schedule the appointment that would be applied to my services on the day of my appointment, but forfeited if I canceled my appointment. They called me at 5:30 the night before my appointment and canceled it with less than 24 hours notice. Seems like it should go both ways and I should have gotten a $100 credit to be used for future services. Would not recommend this business.

Lovely salon. Comfortable, professional, upscale ambience. Very nice that refreshments were offered while waiting. Clara, the stylist listened to what I had to say about my hair and made me very happy. I was not sure what to do, but she did a sutble, yet classic look. Unfortunately, I did not know that they only accept cash tips, and I felt like a jerk because I could not add on with credit card. Overall, wonderful salon and experience.
