I booked an appointment for a full highlight. She told me prices changed yesterday but I was never notified even though they called yesterday to confirm my appt. Told me she would have to charge me more because my hair was dark and that the manager agreed with her so if I didn’t like it I could talk to her. Then told me to book with new talent so I could save money. Said she only had time to do a partial even though i booked a full, then charged me more than a full would have been. On top of that it turned out horrible. I would have paid the extra no problem if it turned out good

I have been a loyal customer to 10 Salon for many years because I have consistently been pleased with the staff and the work they perform. Most recently, I had an appointment with Delaney. All went well until I walked back to her station after rinsing out the foils, washing and adding gloss. I became anxious upon seeing how dark the color appeared. As she cut and dried my hair and the true color was more accurately revealed, I couldn’t hold back tears of disappointment. Delaney was very attentive and hoped to make it right for me however possible. I heard her tell me, multiple times, that I could call for complimentary color correction within 2 weeks. I called to request my appointment and was told that I misunderstood the policy and needed to have booked my retouch in the 2 weeks after my appointment.

The consultation service was wonderful, and I came away with a real plan for my hair for the first time in my life! The knowledge and patience shown is top tier and always reinforces my trust in this salon. I’ll be returning in a couple of weeks for a haircut and color I am 100% confident will be what I want!

** Edited to add: Grace from Ten Salon did call me back after seeing my review and offered a full refund and apologies for missing my voicemail as well as for the quality of the color in my photos. Be aware!!! Ten Salon has a no kid policy. My 8 year grandchild was in town for a week and I didn’t have anyone to care for her while I had my hair done and I didn’t want to reschedule so I took her and her iPad to the appointment with me. I do live in Greeley, so it is a little bit of a drive also.
