Ten Pretty Nails

Critical: Professionalism, QualityThe lady in the last seat in the corner did a horrible job on my nails. She did not ask me what I wanted on my nails, and continue to do what she assume I would like. I told her I wanted French tips with color tips and she gave me ombré. She floored my cuticle, made my nails uneven, and my nails were crooked. My right hand nails are longer than my left hand nails. When I told her to make them even or file them to have the same shape she keeps telling me “don’t worry” and that she knows what she’s doing and it’s only 25% done. When I told her my nails were too thick and it’s not even she got upset and told me that if my nails break it’s not her fault and that she cannot make my nails any thinner. When I told her the shape was off she told me that my nails are short and she cannot make the shape even. I am upset and will not be going back here.
