terrible at painting nails. one of the guys there did mine. I got gel, one color. pretty simple right? got them done about mid day and by the next morning one of them already came off completely cause it didn’t dry right cause too much gel. I go back at opening to have him fix it. they were 30 min late to open. they fixed it right away no charge. the very next 2 more came off and another by the third day. all for the same reason probably. first and last time at this place. paid 60 plus 10 tip for this. completely not worth it

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI walked in to 10 Pretty Nails before closing to get my nails soaked off and they told me they were closed. I came in at 7:48pm. The man at the front kept repeating “come back tomorrow, we’re closed.” Why have a closing time and not honor it!”? A nail soak off doesn’t take long at all. I’ll never come back here. He could’ve said it nicer, but chose to be rude, and I cannot appreciate that. I walked in to 10 Pretty Nails before closing to get my nails soaked off and they told me they were closed. I came in at 7:48pm. The man at the front kept repeating “come back tomorrow, we’re closed.” Why have a closing time and not honor it!”? A nail soak off doesn’t take long at all. I’ll never come back here. This is the worst place I’ve ever got my nails done. His finger prints are in my nails & my finger is bleeding. Sloppy sloppy job and they still charged me. Not a good experience at all. They weren’t even friendly. Not only did they waste my money but my time as well. I don’t have much time for self care and feel very sad and disappointed that I now have to take more time/money that I don’t have to try and get their sloppy job fixed.. Not at all satisfied.

Nail tech was super nice! She really made sure that my nails were how I wanted them throughout the process. She also made sure I didn’t have any acrylic on my skin around the edges, which was a nice bonus. The nails are long and elegant and not chunky like in other places. I love my nails, they turned out exactly how I wanted them <3
